What payment way I can use to proceed the order?
Usually we make transaction via trade assurance. After we set up an order, you can pay with credit card, visa, T/T transfer. Or pay offline by western union or Paypal.
What is the lead time & arrival?
Samples need 3-5 working days. For quantity orders, it takes about 15-20 working days depending on order volume. We use Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx Or TNT), typically taking 3-7 days to arrive.
Brand our logo or name on your lights?
This is acceptable with a 1 piece MOQ. We can customize the silk screen and the package for you upon request.
What is the difference between red and near infrared light therapy?
Red light is visible and near infrared light is invisible. Near infrared light penetrates into the body deeper than red light.
How long does it take for red light therapy to work?
It is not an immediate miracle transformation, but you will see ongoing improvements in 24 hours to 2 months, depending on the condition and regularity of use. For most conditions, daily use for at least two weeks is recommended.
Do I need to continue to use the light as much when I start seeing results?
Yes. Keep up the treatments until you reach your goal level of results to ensure your skin cells finish their process. Then you can switch to a weekly maintenance schedule.
